Greetings

Busy times for OSEC. We have a board meeting scheduled for the 15th of
May. I would like to ask that we hold it from 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time
and 2:00 p.m. CST. I will be in Pine Ridge and have to do a training at
3:00 so we may be somewhat limited in time. We need to pay attention to
some looming issues, the biggest of which is the SPED cooperative work.
The agenda I have is as follows.

The outcomes of the meeting will be to discuss the implications of the
SPED cooperative work and to inform the board about other work.

I will be on the road to nearly every school next week, so if you have
